Group Training

Group Training is a service offered by Campus Rec & Wellness that allows a group fitness instructor to teach individualized fitness classes to clubs, teams, organizations and other campus groups and events.

These classes include, but are not limited to, yoga and Zumba.

Each hour long, small group training session costs only $15.

This service could be continuous throughout a semester or for just one time.
