Busson von Alvensleben Gives Lecture on International Affairs at ESU

The Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany, New York, Busso von Alvensleben will give the spring 2014 Wimer Lecture on International Affairs on Thursday, April 17, at 7 p.m. in the Niedbala Auditorium in the Hoeffner Science and Technology Center at East Stroudsburg University.

The Honorable von Alvensleben has 35 years of experience in the German Foreign office, which includes three tours as ambassador. During the lecture Alvensleben will discuss transatlantic relations, including trade, investments, jobs, and global partnership, as well as German-American relations. He will include information on the trade and investment agreement currently being negotiated between the United States and Europe.
