Thesis of the Year Awarded to High School Teacher

Before the end of the spring 2018 semester, ESU announced the Thesis of the Year Award. The award was given to Jeremy Goff for his thesis “The Ethnic Succession of Gangs and Organized Crime in Chicago, 1846-1933.” Goff earned a Master of Arts in history in 2017.

Mount Airy Foundation Awards $20,000 Grant for Community Athletic Improvement Project

ESU and the East Stroudsburg University Foundation have been awarded a grant of $20,000 from Mount Airy Foundation to support the Community Athletic Complex Improvement Project at Creekview Park in Stroudsburg. The funding will assist with renovations and improvements to the ESSA and Hughes Field Complex at Creekview Park.
