East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Center will host Cheree Warrick, national expert, speaker and author of “Creating Business Plans that Actually Get Financed” on Thursday, November 21, from 3 to 4 p.m. at the ESU Innovation Center at 556 Independence Road, East Stroudsburg.

In addition, Warrick is in the process of creating the One Billion Movement. The goal of the movement is to help 1,000-plus small businesses throughout the United States receive $1 billion in financing.
