ESU Women’s Lacrosse Team Hosts “Josh Rabinowitz Stand-Up Comedy” For Fundraising Event

It will be a night of laughter when Josh Rabinowitz performs his self-deprecating brand of stand-up comedy on Friday, November 8, at 8 p.m. at East Stroudsburg University. The event, hosted by ESU’s women’s lacrosse team, will be in the Abeloff Center for the Performing Arts. All proceeds benefit the women’s lacrosse program at ESU.

Josh Rabinowitz, a Comedy Central “Comic to Watch,” is known for appearances on MTV’s I Just Want My Pants Back, the original FX series, Louie, and will soon be appearing on Adam Devine’s House Party as one of Devine’s favorite new comedians. He also performed on comedy tours with Comedy Central and Collegehumor.com.

The doors open at 7:15 p.m. Rabinowitz will perform an hour of stand-up comedy that is appropriate for ages 17 and over. The event is open to the public and tickets can be purchased from an ESU women’s lacrosse member, online at www.esufunny.com, or at the door the night of the event. Tickets cost $10 for ESU students with a valid ID and $18 for non-ESU students. Premium seating will also be available for $30.
