ESU’s Planetarium To Host Double Feature Sky Show in April

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania invites the general public to a double feature show “Black Holes, The Other Side of Infinity” at 7 p.m. followed by “Stars of Spring” at 8 p.m. in the McMunn Planetarium in the Warren E. ’55 and Sandra Hoeffner Science and Technology Center on Friday, April 4.

“Black Holes, The Other Side of Infinity” is a full dome presentation produced by the Denver Planetarium and the PBS series NOVA. During the show the audience will explore the center of our galaxy and a black hole. The second program will talk about the constellations seen during the spring months.

Entry is free, but reservations are required due to a limited number of seats. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and should be made at www.esu.edu/planetarium starting at 8 a.m. on March 31, 2014. The program is suitable for children of all ages. Please note the planetarium will be extremely dark.
