East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Student Senate welcomed over 120 guests from the local community to a Holiday Party on Saturday, December 6.

The party, which concluded the 15th annual Teddy Bear Drive, featured games, refreshments, a visit from Santa and Ms. Claus and gifts for every child in attendance.

The party was a huge success and would not have been possible without the donations of the student senators, ESU students, faculty, members of the community and staff members,” Efia King, a senior from Philadelphia, Pa. majoring in communication studies and sociology and vice president of the Student Senate, said.

All of the gifts the children received were donations collected by ESU’s Student Senate. Featured in photo from left to right are Franklin Munoz, a junior from Lake Hiawatha, N.J., majoring in political science and Anthony Ruiz, a junior from Saylorsburg, Pa. majoring in political science.
