Nancy WeaverIn an effort to recognize faculty and staff members for their outstanding service, Dr. Welsh has launched the ESyou campaign beginning with the fall semester, 2013. Each week the ESyou campaign will feature a different faculty or staff member who has demonstrated excellence in student-centered service. The purpose of the campaign is to showcase those employees who make an impact on our students every day, and for the students to get to know them.

Congratulations to our next honoree, Dr. Nancy Weaver. When you see Dr. Weaver or any of our honorees around campus this year, please recognize their exemplary service by introducing yourself and thanking them personally. There is no greater acknowledgment!

  • Dr. Weaver is invested in any individual she encounters.
  • Her ESU spirit has her cheering for students on and off the court!
  • She deals individually with each student in a clear and caring manner.

I had the honor and the privilege of working with Dr. Weaver when I was an RA in Lenape. I could not think of someone who is more deserving to be recognized as the heart and soul of ESU. Dr. Weaver’s commitment to educational excellence is inspiring as well as contagious. Congrats Dr. Weaver!!

Had the distinct pleasure of meeting Dr. Weaver this summer during orientation for incoming Freshman son. I was a bundle of nerves until Dr. Weaver put me comlletely at ease! She’s certainly encompasses what ESU is all about and the student body is lucky to have her!

Nancy Weaver is a true professional and life long friend. If you “Google” the word mentor today you should see her pop up right at the top! She taught me a lot as a student and still continues to teach and support me. My wife and daughters simply love Nancy a.k.a aunt Nancy . Congrats my friend!

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy when I was an R.A. In Laurel Hall in 1981-1983. Nancy has always been a class act and an inspiration to all that knew her. You knew when she meant business but she always had a great sense of humor and positive personality. Nancy is very deserving of this recognition and I thank her for her guidance and friendship over 30+ years!!
Congratulations Nancy!!!
Best wishes,
Dan Massa
