Summer Sessions

ESU will offer a variety of summer classes with on campus, off campus and online options. A list of summer session classes
is available by visiting esu.edu/summer. The schedule is also available through the myESU portal. Summer classes are offered in six different sessions – two six-week sessions and four intensive three-week sessions:

  • Summer Session 1 5/20/13 – 6/28/13
  • Summer Session 1A 5/20/13 – 6/7/13
  • Summer Session 1B 6/10/13 – 6/28/13
  • Summer Session 2 7/1/13 – 8/9/13
  • Summer Session 2A 7/1/13 – 7/19/13
  • Summer Session 2B 7/22/13 – 8/9/13

Announcements

The University Bulletin will be Published Once a Week – on Tuesday – During the Summer Months. We invite you to submit your announcements to bulletin@esu.edu. The deadline for each issue will be 10:00 AM on Monday. The University Bulletin will return to regular Tuesday and Friday schedule beginning on August 26.

ESU is Partnering with James Barchesi, Founder of Worksite Financial, to Offer the Focused Financing Seminar Series. The series consisting of two seminars on helping entrepreneurs to gain financial footing and achieve funding success will be held at the Innovation Center, 562 Independence Road, East Stroudsburg, Pa. 18301: SEMINAR 1: Go Fund Yourself Thursday, June 6 from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. This seminar focuses on a high level overview of the landscape of funding and accounting for businesses navigating today’s financial climate. A historical overview of traditional business financing kicks off the discussion, followed by an analysis of evolving trends in capital investment and their impact on marketing your company to prospective stakeholders to secure the funding you need for future growth. To be eligible for the student ticket price, you must be enrolled in ESU summer classes. Maximum tickets allowed to be purchased by ESU summer students are two at student price and two at non-student price per week. Maximum allowed for ESU students NOT enrolled in ESU summer classes, as well as faculty, staff and alumni is two tickets at the non-student price per week. Tickets are not available to the general public. Tickets may be purchased at the University Center, Second Floor Student Activities Complex Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:15 PM.
