Group Fitness Program is designed for Recreation Center Members who are looking for an organized workout. General Classes are FREE of CHARGE to members and on a first come first serve basis. Our premier class, Warrior Cycling, is at a nominal fee. Every class is lead by student instructors who have qualified to teach. A new group fitness schedule is published at the beginning and middle of each semester.

Don't have any plans tomorrow? Don't forget about Late Night at the Rec! From 10 pm- 2 am, there will be tons of activities and fun to be had over at MRC. There will be laser tag, life size mario kart, sand art, and karaoke! There will also be snacks! It's a full night of fun that you do not want to miss!
