Class Descriptions

Classes are In Alphabetical Order:

  • HardCORE:  Group fitness class that concentrates on strengthening the core.
  • Arms & Abs:  An upbeat strength class where we target our core while using our arms for toning multiple muscle groups with great music to go along with.
  • Body Pump™:  “Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
  • Body Pump™ Express:  An express 30-minute version of our Body Pump Class.
  • Boot Camp:  This class is designed to build strength and cardio respiratory fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
  • Bunz & Gunz:  Strength class targeting the glutes/lower body and upper body.
  • Cardio Abs:  Combination of intense cardio and strength exercises focusing on the core.
  • Cardio Strength:  A full body workout combining cardio, lower and upper body strength training and core workouts.
  • Circuit Training:  Challenge yourself with this high energy total body conditioning class that will target strength building, improve muscular endurance through various stations.
  • Core Cycling:  Begins with a 40-minute cycling ride followed by a 10-15-minute core workout.
  • Cycling:  In our cycling studio, this is a group exercise class on stationary bikes. The instructors guide you through simulated flats, hills, climbs and sprints. It is a great cardiovascular workout using pumped up music to keep you motivated. Must have a towel and water to participate.
  • CyFlow: Cycling with a Yoga core and stretch at the end.
  • Boot Camp:  A group physical training program that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.       
  • Meditate & Stretch:  A class filled with stretching and basic yoga poses to help increase flexibility while using common breathing patterns.
  • P-90X:  A group focused total body strength and cardio class that incorporates proven principles from personal training and functional strength coaching.
  • Rock Bottom:  An hour classes focusing in strengthening all the muscle of your lower body.
  • Tabata:  Features twenty second intervals of extreme exercise followed by ten second intervals of rest. These high intensity workouts will burn calories like no tomorrow.
  • TurboKick:  Combines traditional kickboxing moved with high-intensity interval training.
  • Yoga:  A fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.
  • Yoga Flow  A class filled with stretching and yoga postures to help increase flexibility as well as relax and strengthen the mind and body.
  • Yoga Strength:  A full body workout that concentrates on strengthening and stretching the upper and lower body.
  • Zumba®: A is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.
