The Alternative Spring Break is an anual experience sponsored by the Office of Student Engagement where ESU students get out of their comfort zone and participate in service while learning about local culture and history.
For 2017, students will participate in a variety of service projects ranging from Landscaping & Trail Maintenance, to Natural Resource Management, and also visit great historical sites in our nation’s capital.
2017 Alternative Spring Break Trip:
When: Friday, March 10 – Tuesday, March 14, 2017
Cost: $75 for ESU students
- Lodging for Four nights
- All meals
Trip also includes a visit to:
Washington D.C. Historical Monuments, including:
- Memorials for Lincoln, MLK, Jefferson
- Capitol Hill
- Washington Monument
