Through Their Eyes

Time: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Location: Innovation Center

Description: As part of Global Week, we present the “Through Their Eyes” conference. This event is devoted to individuals with disabilities and the challenges they have faced, how they have overcome such challenges and succeeded in life. The Pennhurst Preservation Society will be displaying information in support of this cause. Click here for a list of speakers. There is no cost to attend.

ESU Warriors Going Global

Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm

Location: Beers Lecture Hall

Description: As part of Global Week, discover how Warriors can venture out into the world to meet new people, learn about different ways of life, and gain perspectives in ways never imagined.  Join us to have your questions answered about which countries and universities you can visit, how to make your journey affordable, and how the credits you earn can work toward your degree at ESU and a minor in International Studies.  Have your questions answered and gain tips to help you explore the world.

Relay for Life: “A World Without Cancer”

Time: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (overnight event)

Location: Koehler Field House

Description: As part of Global Week, participate in The American Cancer Society ‘Relay For Life.’ This overnight event is a life-changing experience that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.
