Title: Strengths Finder

Description: Strengths Finder is a self-help model designed by Marcus Buckingham and Donald O. Clifton. This includes an online personal assessment test which will outline the user’s strengths, focusing on building these strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses. Each adult individual possesses a certain number of fixed universal personal-character attributes which, together, result in an individual’s tendency to develop certain skills more easily and excel in certain fields in a sustainable way while failing or not being able to sustain success or high levels of effectiveness in other fields.

Myers Briggs

Title: Myers Briggs Personality Test

Presenter: Fernando Alcántar, MA

Description: Upon completion of a questionnaire, participants will obtain your 4-letter type formula according to Carl Jung’s and Isabel Briggs Myers’ typology, along with the strengths of preferences and the description of their personality type. They will discover careers and occupations most suitable for their personality type along with examples of educational institutions where you can get a relevant degree or training. And they will have a better understanding of communication and learning styles of their type.

Title: Leadership: Getting the Best from Those Around You

Description: Based on the four quadrants of Ken Blanchard and Paul Hersey’s Situational Leadership Model, participants will experience an interactive presentation that will give them tools to understand their organization and the people. They will look introspectively and learn how their leadership style and interactions with others is essential in delivering the best results.  At the conclusion of the program, the attendees will be able to identify two of the four quadrants of situational leadership, be able to explain how they will interact differently with two people they supervise or lead to maximize the results of a task assigned, demonstrate the difference between Management and Leadership, and share two ways the Situational Leadership Model can impact performance and outcomes.

Stages of Power

Title: Stages of Personal Leadership

Description: This workshop is based on  Janet O. Hagberg’s book, Real Power: Stages of Personal Power in Organizations. The book describes power and leadership as a journey of self-discovery while providing descriptions, insights, and testimonies for each step. She mentions five stages of leadership and a stalling period she calls “The Wall.” Each step in leadership has unique qualities, specific results, and particular needs of improvement she calls, in Carl Jung’s terms, shadows. Find out in which stage of leadership you find yourself, and how you can move up the latter of growth.

Title: True Colors Personality Test
