Housing Sign-Ups for the upcoming 2012-2013 academic year is right around the corner! To make sure you properly participate please carefully read the following information:<\/p>\n

Sign-Ups are an on-line process; accessed through your ESU Portal Page, following the links for “Housing.”<\/p>\n

  1. Once you reach the “MyESU” page, you will see two tabs: “Apply On-Line” and “MyHousing\/My Dining.” The first tab takes you to our One-Year, binding Housing Contract. You will read and electronically sign the contract.<\/li>\n
  2. Next, follow the tab to make your non-refundable $150.00 Housing Deposit. You may pay by MasterCard or DiscoverCard, or electronic check (using your routing and account number). Deposits may be made between February 27 and March 25.
    \nVERY IMPORTANT NOTE:<\/strong> Your deposit must be paid by MARCH 25 in order to participate in sign-ups the following week!!<\/li>\n
  3. Next, backtrack (or log in fresh) to the “MyESU” page, and this time, click on the link that reads “MyHousing\/My Dining.” Once on the selection page, use the “Navigation Box” in the upper left hand corner and select the “Room Selection” box.<\/li>\n
  4. Once you click on that tab, it brings up three choices. The first is a general information area. The second area is where you may load in a roommate. The third area is where you actually select a room. At the bottom of this page you will be able to view when it is your time to select a room. The order is based on credits earned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    IMPORTANT:<\/strong> You must load in a roommate and have s\/he load in your name in order for there to be a “matched roommate” pair for selection! Housing Sign-Ups is for current resident students only.<\/p>\n

    If you don’t have a roommate, you will not be able to select a room until the afternoon of the final day!<\/p>\n
