Meet our Professional Staff


Jill Harper – Director ESU Campus Rec & Wellness
Jillian (Jill) is originally from Pitman, New Jersey and joined Campus Rec & Wellness staff in March 2006. Jill received her B.S. from Montclair State University in Physical Education with an Adult Fitness concentration and Masters from University of Southern Mississippi in Exercise Physiology. In Jill’s free time she loves doing yoga, reading books, listening to music, exercising and most of all spending time with her family which includes her daughter Audrey, husband Matt and their two pups, Hobbs and Gus!

Lauren MotzkinAssistant Director Sport Activities
Lauren is an Assistant Director that oversees Leagues and Club Sports for Campus Rec & Wellness. Lauren is originally from Woodstock, New York and received her B.S. from SUNY New Paltz in marketing and minor in psychology and her M.S. from St. John’s University in Sports Management and Leadership. When Lauren is not in the Recreation Center/Recreation Fields playing and overseeing sports programming she enjoys hiking, traveling, brunch and her golden retriever, Charly.

Paul CulbertsonAssistant Director Facility Operations
Paul oversees the Facility Operations of Campus Rec & Wellness. He joined the department in August of 2014. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mansfield University in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University. In his free time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family and Notre Dame football.

Asia Wright – Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellbeing

Asia oversees the Fitness and Wellness staff for Campus Rec & Wellness.  She joined the staff in July of 2018.  Asia is an alumni of East Stroudsburg University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Conditioning.  While she was getting her undergraduate degree, she was a Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Supervisor.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching her siblings sporting events, playing field hockey and spending time with her loved ones and dogs, Major and Nina.
