Meet our Professional Staff

Jill Harper – Director ESU Campus Rec & Wellness

Jillian (Jill) is originally from Pitman, New Jersey and joined Campus Rec & Wellness staff in March 2006. Jill received her B.S. from Montclair State University in Physical Education with an Adult Fitness concentration and Masters from University of Southern Mississippi in Exercise Physiology. In Jill’s free time she loves doing yoga, reading books, listening to music, exercising and most of all spending time with her family which includes her daughter Audrey, husband Matt and their two pups,                                                   Hobbs and Gus!

 

 

Paul CulbertsonAssociate Director for Facilities & Services

Paul oversees the Facility Operations of Campus Rec & Wellness. He joined the department in August of 2014. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Mansfield University in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University. In his free time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family and Notre Dame football.

 

 

Asia Wright Assistant Director of Fitness & Wellbeing

Asia oversees the Fitness and Wellness staff for Campus Rec & Wellness.  She joined the staff in July of 2018.  Asia is an alumni of East Stroudsburg University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Conditioning.  While she was getting her undergraduate degree, she was a Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Supervisor.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching her siblings sporting events, playing field hockey and spending time with her loved ones and dogs, Major and Nina.

 

 

Stephen LynamAssistant Director of Sport Activities

Stephen came to the United States all the way from Ireland to attend college. He attended Southern Connecticut State University where he got his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training and went on to become a Certified Athletic Trainer. He then received his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Merrimack College where he worked as a Graduate Assistant in Campus Recreation. Stephen also has experience as a soccer and basketball official. He enjoys playing and watching most sports, especially soccer (real football) and basketball.
