The Group Fitness program is designed for Campus Recreation & Wellness members who are looking for an organized group workout that is energizing. Trained instructors lead the workout through a variety of movement combinations that exercises your muscles while having fun at the same time. With two studios and a cycling studio at two locations on campus, we can offer a variety of classes that cater to diverse schedules. Whether you are interested in cardio, yoga, Zumba, or our other formats, choose something that sparks your interest and join us today!
Classes are free of charge except for our Warrior Cycling that is a nominal fee of $10 per semester or $3 per ride.
- Offered 15 minutes in advance of the selected class time.
- One ticket per person. Warrior Cycling ONLY: Requires a pass to be purchased.
- Tickets are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
