Class Descriptions

Classes are In Alphabetical Order:

  • Abs: Group fitness class that concentrates strictly on strengthening the core.
  • Arms & Abs: An upbeat upper body strength class where we target our core while using our arms for toning.
  • Barre to the Beat: A fun and modern barre dance class following choreography in order to utilize the barre to focus on muscle isotonic and isometric movements for cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.
  • Body Pump™: Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
  • Boot Camp: This class is designed to build strength and cardio respiratory fitness through a variety of intense group intervals.
  • Butts & Guts: A class focusing in strengthening and toning all the muscle of your lower body and core.
  • Cardio Abs: Combination of intense cardio and strength exercises focusing on the core.
  • Circuit Training: A form of group training that involves performing different conditioning and resistance training exercises in rotation at stations.
  • Core Cycling: Begins with a 30-40 minute cycling ride followed by a 10-15 minute core workout. Must have a towel, water, and Cycling pass to participate.
  • Cycling: In our cycling studio, this is a group exercise class on stationary bikes. The instructors guide you through simulated flats, hills, climbs and sprints. It is a great cardiovascular workout using pumped up music to keep you motivated. Must have a towel, water, and Cycling pass to participate.
  • Meditate & Stretch: A class filled with stretching and basic yoga poses to help increase flexibility while using common breathing patterns.
  • Pilates:  A choreographed mat workout that concentrates on core strength, body alignment, and muscular balance through a combination of high intensity yoga and strength movements.
  • Tabata: A type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that features 20 seconds of extreme exercise followed by 10 second of active rest. This format is designed to get your heart rate up in hard anaerobic zones for short periods of time to help you burn more calories both during and after your workout.
  • Yoga: A fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga; stretching practiced in combination with breath work and ancient yoga philosophy.
  • Yoga Flow: A class filled with stretching and yoga postures to help increase flexibility as well as relax and strengthen the mind and body.
  • Zumba®: A is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere.
