Guests are to remain seated throughout the entire ceremony and are not to stand on their seats to take pictures during the ceremony. This is expected of graduates, as well. There will be ample opportunities for picture-taking, presenting flowers, and other activities immediately following the ceremony.

Graduates will be photographed as they receive their diplomas. Each graduate will receive an email from GRADIMAGES with a photo proof within five days of graduation, along with the opportunity to select from a variety of photo packages. There is no obligation to purchase photos.

Conclusion of Commencement Exercises

At the end of the ceremony please arrange to have your guests meet you either outside or at another location on campus so that all graduates can leave the arena in a timely and orderly manner. Graduates will exit the arena through all available exits. It is suggested that graduates plan in advance where to meet family and friends outside the Koehler Fieldhouse once the ceremony has ended.
