Pictured here is Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) President Michael J. McDonough, Ph.D. and East Stroudsburg University (ESU) President Marcia G. Welsh, Ph.D. as they sign two articulation agreements and ESU’s first-ever reverse transfer agreement at Raritan Valley Community College in Somerville, N.J., on Thursday, September 25.
The articulation agreements facilitate a seamless transfer of college credits earned at RVCC toward the Bachelor of Science degree programs in sport management or exercise science at ESU.
The reverse transfer agreement is unique and important because it will allow students to transfer coursework from ESU to RVCC to complete their associate degrees.
Students from RVCC who transfer to ESU before earning their associate degrees may eventually transfer completed credits back to RVCC to satisfy the associate degree requirements.
For more information about ESU’s transfer program contact the office of admission at 570-422-3834.
For details about ESU’s articulation and reverse transfer agreements with area community colleges, contact Candice Pellegrino, assistant registrar for transfer articulation at 570-422-2839.
