PRSSA to Host Guest Speaker

On Tuesday, October 2, the East Stroudsburg University chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) will host a discussion with Alyssa Strubert, human resources business partner, vaccines industrial affairs U.S. lead, at Sanofi Pasture in Swiftwater, Pa. Strubert earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and concentration in public relations from ESU in 2011.

Strubert will talk about her time as a student at ESU where she was a member of the university’s PRSSA chapter and what it was like to be one of the first students to enroll in the public relations concentration. She will also discuss how being involved on campus has aided her throughout her career, and skills and experience she has gained as a working professional in her field. This event will give students insight into what post-graduation life could be like, what they should expect, and how to overcome challenges.
