East Stroudsburg University graduate student Robin Watson from Pocono Summit, Pa., was awarded a $1,000 Pennsylvania State System Higher Education (PASSHE) Foundation Highmark Graduate Award. The State System and Highmark offer this award to a graduate student enrolled in a health care program at each of the 14 PASSHE universities.
