ESU’s College of Business and Management To Host Executive Leadership Speakers Series: “Synergies and Entrepreneurship,” on April 10

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania’s College of Business and Management is hosting the Executive Leadership Speakers Series on Thursday, April 10, at 11 a.m. The event will feature a panel discussion on “Synergies and Entrepreneurship,” during which ESU students, alumni and faculty members in addition to community business owners will share their success stories and explore opportunities for creating partnerships.
The executive panel includes Rob Marro, ESU alumnus and general manager of Sunoco who also teaches at ESU; Bill White, director of special events at RonPak; Nick Igdalsky, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Pocono Raceway; James Evans, wealth and legacy strategist for the Wealth and Legacy Group; and Dan DiZio, an ESU alumnus who is the CEO and founding partner of Philly Soft Pretzel Factory.
The entrepreneur panel includes ESU senior Jonathan Weber, entrepreneur club vice president and founder of Marathon Studios; Ed Hawi, an ESU junior and founder of Failure 2 Fail; Tom Wilkins, an ESU sophomore and founder of Pocono Business Journal; and Fayola Moise, a 2013 ESU alumna whose degree is in sport management and is the founder of oxiable.
Also attending will be Robert Fleischman, J.D., Ed.D., interim dean of the college of business and management who will serve as the moderator, Van A. Reidhead, Ph.D., provost and vice president for academic affairs who will provide opening remarks, and Sharone Glasco, who will be representing the ESU Division of Research and Economic Development, a co-sponsor of the event.
