Band Musicians Invited to Join East Stroudsburg University / Community Concert Band

Brass, percussion and woodwind musicians with previous band experience are welcome to join the East Stroudsburg University Concert Band as it prepares for its winter concert, which will be held on Sunday, December 6. The program will feature a wide variety of music from wind band repertoire.

Rehearsals are on Mondays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. starting August 24 in the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall at the University’s Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Marguerite streets, East Stroudsburg. Community members are welcome and asked to join no later than Monday, September 21.

Members are expected to have previous instrumental music experience. There is no membership or application fee and no prior signup is required – interested musicians should simply attend rehearsals. For more information, please contact director Lance Rauh at lrauh@esu.edu.
