Residence Halls Invite Children to Trick or Treat through Residence Halls

The Office of Residence Life and Housing at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania invites community members to Trick or Treat through residence halls on Wednesday, October 25 at 5 p.m. The event, sponsored by ESU’s Residence Hall Association (RHA), is open to all area children, kindergarten through fifth grade.
