The Office of Residential and Dining Services at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania invites community members to Trick or Treat Hallofest on Thursday, October 31 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. The event, sponsored by ESU’s Residence Hall Association (RHA) and the National Residence Hall Honorary, is open to all area children, kindergarten through fifth grade. There is no cost to participate. Children are asked to wear their costumes and bring a trick-or-treat bag.
Trick-or-treaters will meet on the walkway of Sycamore Quad (Number 25 on the campus map) to enjoy trick or treating as well as activities that include face painting, hula hooping, a mummy wrap game, red light green light, musical chairs, and slime making.
Parents are required to accompany children to campus and must remain present throughout the course of the event.
“ESU students are excited to give back to the community and provide children a fun and safe place to Trick or Treat again this year,” says Ly’Esha Fleming, resident learning coordinator of Sycamore Suites and Laurel Hall and NRHH adviser.
