East Stroudsburg University Foundation Appoints Five New Members to its Board of Directors

Robert Willever ’75, East Stroudsburg University Foundation board chair, has announced the appointments of five new members to its Board of Directors. Glenn W. Clark ’74, Leslie L. Wilson, ’74, Rory Yanchek ’84, and Eric Wyatt ’85 were appointed during the board’s last quarterly meeting held on May 14, 2020. John J. Pekarovsky III, ’07, Council of Trustees liaison, was appointed in March 2020.

Clark, of West Chester, Pa., is president of Rockwood Programs, Inc. He serves on the board as the ESU Alumni Association liaison. Wilson, of Palmetto, Fla., is senior vice president for workplace initiatives for Disability:IN. Yanchek, of Great Falls, Va., is the vice president and general manager of 3M Government Markets and Wyatt, of Philadelphia, Pa., is the chief operating officer of Boston Market Corporation. Their terms began on July 1, 2020. Pekarovsky, of Larksville, Pa., is vice president, commercial banking officer, at Community Bank in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. His term began in May 2020.

I am confident that they will make immediate contributions to the ESU community by furthering the goals of the ESU Foundation. Their expertise in non-profit management, operational leadership, finance and fundraising makes them tremendous assets and additions to the Board of Directors and the ESU Foundation,” said Willever.

The 2019-2020 ESU Foundation Board of Directors includes 18 members who serve in support of the organization and its mission. Members of the Board of Directors are Robert Willever ’75, chairman, MaryEllen Dickey ’80, vice chairman, Chris Yeager ’74 M’81, secretary, Robert A. Shebelsky, treasurer, Glenn W. Clark ’74,  ESU Alumni Association liaison, Alfredo Garcia ’03, Raymond Hamlin ’86, Esq., Wendy Jankoski ’82, Emily Jimenez, ESU student liaison, Douglas Leonzi ’94, Robert Moses, John J. Pekarovsky III, ’07, Council of Trustees liaison, Stephen Somers, Elizabeth Leigh Smith, Ph.D., ESU faculty liaison, Adam S. Stauffer ’00 M’02, Leslie L. Wilson, ’74, Eric Wyatt ’85 and Rory Yanchek ’84. Members emeriti are William B. Cramer, Esq., John T. Lambert ’54 and Rosemary Driebe Olofsson.
