ESU Career Development and Student Success Department Sponsors a Job and Internship Fair

The East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania (ESU) Career Development and Student Success department sponsored a job and internship fair on the ESU campus, Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Daria Wielebinski, director of career development and student success, said 55 employers and 206 students/alumni attended. Wielebinski said a preliminary review of the employer evaluations indicated employers were very satisfied with the event in terms of participation and organization. She said the students were dressed professionally and were well prepared. The career development center provides a wide range of assistance to ESU students and alumni. Services include career counseling, career workshops, and computer technology based services such as a part time/summer jobs list and links to numerous sites pertaining to internships, career exploration and professional job listings. The office also coordinates career days, job fairs and on-campus recruitment by employers and offers resume critiques and job search guidance.
