ESU Concert Choir to Perform Spring Event April 15

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Concert Choir will present the Spring Choral Concert Friday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall of the Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Marguerite streets, East Stroudsburg. The concert, under the direction of Dr. Brian Hodge, associate professor of music, is open to the public at no cost.
The Concert Choir’s performance, titled World Tour, will feature music from around the world including familiar pieces from West Side Story and Disney favorites Moana, and Encanto. According to Dr. Hodge, the concert will also highlight traditional works from Quebec, South Africa, and an original work by lauded Chinese-American composer Chen Yi.
