ESU Holds Discussion on Civic and Civil Communication

East Stroudsburg University’s department of communication will hold a panel discussion titled Civic and Civil Communication in the Current Age: How Are We Talking to Each Other These Days? The discussion will be held on Wednesday, January 24 from 7 – 9 p.m. in Beers Lecture Hall.
The panel hopes to invite discussion from the campus community and the general public on what it means to engage in civic and civil communication.
The panel moderator will be Robert McKenzie, Ph.D., distinguished professor of communication. The panel will consist of faculty members from the communication department including Margaret Mullan, Ph.D., Charles Warner, Ph.D., Cem Zeytinoglu, Ph.D., and Andi McClanahan, Ph.D. They will address topics including political discussions, online discussions and discussions concerning immigration.
