East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania faculty and staff members put on their gardening gloves and headed to the Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm in Stroudsburg, Pa. on Thursday, September 17, while other members of ESU’s Day of Caring team volunteered at the Monroe County Meals on Wheels.
For over a decade, ESU has participated in United Way’s Day of Caring, a one-day event for volunteers to provide hands-on service to the United Way, its partner agencies, and other local nonprofits.
