ESU Professor Shares Insight with MCTI Students

East Stroudsburg University assistant professor of hospitality, recreation, and tourism management, Fredrick “Chuck” Meitner, Ph.D. visited Monroe Career and Technical Institute earlier this month to talk to high school students about a career in the hospitality industry.

During his presentation, Dr. Meitner prepared tiramisu for the class.
