ESU Recreation Center and Exercise Science Department 5K Set for Sunday, May 1

East Stroudsburg University is hosting the 13^th annual Rec Ex 5K on Sunday, May 1. The race will begin and end at Eiler-Martin Stadium, with a mapped out route through ESU and the surrounding neighborhoods. There will also be a 1 mile walk.

The participation fee is $20 for runners, $10 for walkers, and kids under 12 are free. Proceeds from the race will support scholarships for students pursuing fitness certifications. Pre-register by visiting ESU’s Mattioli Recreation Center. There will also be day-of registration.

Check-in and registration will begin at 7 a.m. the race will start at 8 a.m.
