On April 28 the sisters of East Stroudsburg University’s Lambda Iota hosted the 7th annual Tee Off for the Ta-Tas golf tournament at the Country Club of the Poconos Municipal Golf Course. They raised $2,300 for Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund.

Lambda Iota is a local social service sorority at ESU that was founded in 1975. Their main philanthropy is breast cancer. The Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund helps minimize the financial and emotional impact of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. The Fund provides male and female breast cancer patients of the Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center, Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, assistance with their basic living expenses.
