ESU to Hold Remembrance Day for Those Who Died This Past Year

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania will hold its Remembrance Day program on Friday, October 5, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. to honor the memories of university students, faculty, staff, and alumni who died during the 2011-2012 academic year (August 29, 2011-August 26, 2012). The program will be held in the Keystone Room in the Center for Hospitality Management and will include readings, musical selections, and reflections by ESU students, faculty, and staff. Families of some of those who have passed will also attend and participate. The event is open to all members of the university and local communities.
This will be the university’s fifth Remembrance Day program. The service will be followed by a reception and a time for fellowship. For more information contact ESU’s Office of Student Affairs at (570) 422-3463.

Ardath Houser, I miss you so much but known you are with God, Lute, and the rest of your family and friends who went before you. You were my mentor and counselor. You were like family to me. With God’s grace we will be reunited someday in Heaven.
