East Stroudsburg University’s inaugural “Novel Writing Mini-Marathon” for ESU students concludes on Thursday, March 6, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the reception room on the second floor of the University Center.
The mini-marathon will be hosted by the ESU Library Advisory Committee, the ESU Writing Studio and the ESU Honors Program. Students who have participated in the first half of the program, a four-hour, novel writing marathon at Kemp Library’s writing studio on March 1, will read excerpts from their completed novels. They will also share their thoughts about the creative process while they are part of a moderated panel.
This event is open to the public at no cost. For more information, contact Sandra Eckard, Ph.D., ESU associate professor of English at 570-422-3426 or Paul Creamer, Ph.D., ESU associate professor of modern languages at 570-422-3318.
