ESU’s Department of Music Presents The Spring Vocal Jazz Concert

The University Singers at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania will present a Spring Vocal Jazz Concert on Sunday, April 27, at 7 p.m. in the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall at the Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Marguerite streets.
Guest jazz pianist Wolfgang Knittel will join several student soloists on standards including “I Get a Kick Out of You,” “Triste” and “Come Fly With Me.”
Other highlights include: “Check to Check,” “Rainy Days and Mondays,” “All of Me” and “Duke’s Place.”
University Singers is a select ensemble that specializes in jazz and pop music. James Maroney, Ed.D., ESU associate professor of music, directs the group.
The concert, sponsored by the department of music, is open to the public at no cost.
