ESU’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Center Teaming with Local Entrepreneurs to Host “Innovators Only” Reception on November 25

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Center and Entrepreneurship Club are teaming up with local entrepreneurs to host the “Innovators Only” reception on Monday, November 25, from 5 to 8 p.m. at ESU’s Innovation Center at 556 Independence Road, East Stroudsburg.

The “Innovators Only” reception provides an opportunity for ESU students to network with local entrepreneurs. Christopher Landino, ESU’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Center coordinator, has been mentoring students to design and deliver their business ideas. Many students are currently competing in ESU’s Third Business Plan Competition and aspiring to transition into the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education’s (PASSHE) Business Plan Competition, which contains entries from the 14 PASSHE universities. ESU has successfully placed in the competition in the first two years.

The “Innovators Only” reception will give students the opportunity to interact, ask questions and network with entrepreneurs, as well as present their business ideas. All students interested in entrepreneurship are encouraged to attend the “Innovators Only” event. Interested entrepreneurs are welcome to participate and register for this student-centered reception. There is no cost to participate. Light refreshments will be served.

East Stroudsburg University’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Center is part of the Research and Economic Development division. The event is sponsored in part by a Keystone Innovation Network Grant funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
