East Stroudsburg University’s (ESU) Student Government Association (SGA) announced its 10th annual Student Organization Impact Awards on Monday, April 27. A face-to-face awards ceremony would traditionally be held during the last ESU Student Organization Summit Meeting of the year; however, this year no ceremony could be held due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Winners of each of the following awards are selected by a committee of SGA members based on the completed applications submitted by each student organization. Student organizations may self-nominate in the various categories. Names of the winning organizations will be listed on perpetual plaques for each category that are on display in ESU’s University Center and will also receive a certificate commemorating the honor.

ESU’s SGA is the governing student body of East Stroudsburg University. Their mission is to represent and advocate for the ESU student body and provide services that will enrich their academic, social, and professional development at the University. For more information on SGA or the Student Organization Impact Awards, contact Dr. John Robinson, advisor, at jrobinson@esu.edu.
