Provost’s Colloquium Series Presents a Talk on Emotion in Rational Decision Making Process

The East Stroudsburg University Provost’s Colloquium Series continues with a presentation by Weichu Xu, Ph.D., assistant professor of business management. The presentation “Emotion in Rational Decision Making Process” will take place in Beers Lecture Hall on Wednesday September 26, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.

Since 2009, Dr. Xu has taught business management at Old Dominion University, Framingham State University and now, ESU. His teaching and research focuses on international business, corporate strategy, and organizational behavior, among other topics.

His China-United States, cross-cultural presentation will discuss the diverging personality types, emotional or rational, and their role in the decision making process.
