The Teddy Bear Drive will conclude with a holiday party on Saturday, December 6 at 11 a.m. in the Keystone Room, when local community members are invited to bring their children and enjoy games, crafts, cookies, hot cocoa, gifts and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. The toys collected throughout the Teddy Bear Drive will be distributed to children at this party.<\/p>\n<p>Student Senate is expecting over 100 families to attend the holiday party this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The Senate\u2019s goal is that every child in attendance will receive a gift, according to Efia King, a senior majoring in Communication Studies and Sociology from Philadelphia, Pa. and vice president of Student Senate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know times are tough, and we want to give back to the community and spread holiday cheer,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Student Senate will continue to collect donations until Friday, December 5.
