\nSingers are welcome to join the East Stroudsburg University Concert Choir as it prepares for its\u00a0April 29\u00a0concert, which will include arrangements of folk music from many countries as well as works by composers including G.F. Handel and Aaron Copland.<\/p>\n

Rehearsals will begin on Tuesdays from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m.\u00a0starting\u00a0January 20 in the Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall at the University\u2019s Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Margueritte streets.<\/p>\n

Community members age 16 and older are welcome to join until Tuesday,\u00a0February 3.\u00a0 Members are expected to have previous choral or instrumental music experience.\u00a0 There is no membership fee, but first-time community members are required to submit a $20 deposit which will be refunded when they return the sheet music at the end of the semester.<\/p>\n
