East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania invites the public to attend a double feature sky show at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday, March 27 at McMunn\u2019s Planetarium, which is located on the ground floor of the Hoeffner Science and Technology Center. The programs will include an in-house produced sky show titled \u201cStars of Spring\u201d followed by a feature show titled \u201cStars.\u201d The \u201cStars of Spring\u201d program explores the constellations seen during the spring months. \u201cStars\u201d features 3D animation by the National Space Center in Leicester, UK. Each show lasts about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
The programs are open to the general public. Adults are $6 per person, seniors and children ages 5 to 17 are $4 per person, and children under 5 are admitted free of charge. ESU students with a valid I.D. are admitted free. Those registering for the planetarium shows will also have an opportunity to visit the Schisler Museum of Wildlife and Natural History, also located in the Hoeffner Science and Technology Center, one hour prior to their viewing of the planetarium show. Registrants for the 7 p.m. show will have an opportunity to visit the Schisler Museum from 6 to 7 p.m. and those attending the 8 p.m. show may visit the museum from 7 to 8 p.m. To register visit http:\/\/quantumnew.esu.edu\/museum\/<\/a>.
