The team earned its first-ever PSAC championship and NCAA Division II championship.\u00a0The Warriors finished the season with a 19-3 record, setting the school record for wins.\u00a0Head Coach Sandy Miller was named the PSAC Coach of the Year and NFHCA Division II Coach of the Year. The team won its second straight PSAC championship and its first-ever NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional title, earning a spot in the national quarterfinals.\u00a0ESU finished the season ranked No. 9 in the final national rankings, the best in program history. The Warriors have a record of 34 wins, 8 losses and 3 ties over the last two seasons.\u00a0Head Coach Rob Berkowitz has guided ESU to two of its four PSAC women\u2019s soccer championships, which are tied for the most in the history of the conference. Coach Terwilliger has been part of the Warriors\u2019 football program for 42 seasons \u2013 four as the starting quarterback from 1974-77, and the last 38 as an assistant coach. His players include his son, Jimmy Terwilliger, recipient of the Harlon Hill Trophy in 2005 as the most outstanding player in Division II football. As a player, Coach Terwilliger had a record of 30 wins, four losses and one tie as the Warriors\u2019 starting quarterback and led his team to undefeated seasons and PSAC championships in 1975 and 1976. He has been part of the ESU football program in all 42 years that Denny Douds has been head coach. Pictured from left to right are Marcia G.
