Cohen Recital Hall at the University\u2019s Fine and Performing Arts Center, Normal and Marguerite streets, East Stroudsburg. Community members are welcome and asked to join no later than Monday,\u00a0October 3.<\/p>\n<p>Members are expected to have previous instrumental music experience. There is no membership or application fee and\u00a0no prior signup is required. Interested musicians should simply come to rehearsals.<\/p>\n<p>Vincent LoRusso, director of bands at Blue Ridge High School is the new director of the UCCB. An active guest conductor, clinician and adjudicator, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Lions All-State Band Committee.
