This year\u2019s keynote address by Glen R. Finney, M.D. was titled \u201c21<sup>st<\/sup> Century Cognitive Care.\u201d\u00a0 Yvonne Troiani Sweeney\u201978 dedicated her life to her nursing career that spanned 30 years until she was diagnosed with a form of early onset dementia called posterior cortical atrophy.
