June 10 \u2013 15. Mustafa and Kennedy are juniors at East Stroudsburg High School \u2013 North. The National Student Leadership Congress is an intensive, six-day residential program focusing on promoting leadership skills and personal development while simulating what it would be like to live and learn on a college campus. The students will participate in an intense week of learning by becoming a member of a mock Congress, meet members of Congress and their staff, and attend cultural trips to D.C. monuments and museums. East Stroudsburg University\u2019s Upward Bound is a federally-funded college access program serving 100 students from partner schools in Lehigh and Monroe Counties.
