Brown Distinguished Service Award at the 2017 Pennsylvania Student Affairs Conference.<\/p>\n<p>In his 42-year tenure at ESU Moses has engaged in philanthropy both on and off campus and has always put students first. He is well respected among his academic and non-academic colleagues and his persistence and collaborative work with many faculty has translated into the growth of programs such as living-learning communities. His dedication to quality housing programs led to a seamless transition with the university\u2019s housing management vendor.
