Now a cultural and community center run by Eastburg Community Alliance (ECA), the Depot will again be a connecting point for the college and community through two upcoming events: an exhibit of artwork by students from ESU\u2019s Art + Design department from September 23 to October 3 and a Music on Mondays concert featuring the theatre department\u2019s Musical Theatre Organization (MTO) at 6 p.m. Monday, October 2.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/quantumnew.esu.edu\/insider\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/ESU-Art-Display_Dansbury-Depot.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-16270\" \/>The exhibit, which will feature artwork in various media, is being presented in conjunction with ESU\u2019s Family Weekend 2017, \u201cas a way of bringing students and their families into East Stroudsburg so that they can see all the offerings on Crystal Street,\u201d according to Jocelyn Kolb-DeWitt, assistant professor of art + design, who is coordinating the exhibit.\u00a0 \u201cThis is the first time we\u2019ve linked an exhibit at the Depot to Family Weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For Family Weekend, the Depot will be open Saturday, September 23 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular hours are 9 a.m. to noon, Monday-Friday, or by appointment.
