Four regional universities competed in the sports marketing contest to help promote the first NASCAR race of the season at Pocono Raceway. Teams developed marketing plans, completed surveys, worked with local businesses and planned an event to host Pocono Raceway for a day on their campus.<\/p>\n<p>As this year\u2019s winner, ESU\u2019s Sport Management Club received at $500 donation to their organization, Skybox tickets to the NASCAR XFINITY Series race on June 2, and the Pocono College Tour Trophy, which was presented during driver introductions of the XFINITY race.<\/p>\n<p>All four teams received tickets to the Pocono 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on June 3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESU\u2019s Sport Management Club was the winner of Pocono Raceway\u2019s third annual Pocono College Tour.
